We used Bella Casa Builders and Rich Nutti to build our Willow Glen home. Rich did both the design and build which makes it so much easier. We changed a few things and he was open minded and easy to work with. Everything from the permits, to the completed project went without a hitch and on schedule. We even came in on budget. Rich worked on our full home 2500 sqft remodel from the studs, including repitching our roof, adding bedrooms and bathrooms, and rearchitecting our house from Spanish to Tudor style. He was responsible for the design, architecture, permitting, and all aspects of construction to finishing. There were many custom aspects, such as slate-style roofing, custom oven ranges, an antique fireplace, and imported fixtures and fittings. Rich was uniquely attentive to detail, exceptional at anticipating issues, and set very high standards for himself and everyone on his crew. In construction, quality at all levels is everything and with Rich, we felt very secure in his work. Lastly Rich is one of the few people in the trade we've found to be approachable and we enjoyed working with him. We're currently planning our next two projects with him. - A Ali
