This review is written after a 1.5 years of weekly sessions at Paws PT for my dog, Domino (aka, "Mr. No No"):
Let me tell you a short story. I took Domino to the vet in June 2021. Domino was 13, and, at that time, I noticed that he started to have some weakness in his hind legs and was struggling to walk. Domino had diabetes, along with a host of other health problems, and after some tests and images that didn't show anything specific, and no serious arthritis, we all chalked it up to old age and neuropathy. The vet told me that I should expect him to walk for only a few more months, and by the looks of it, he was right. But, I wasn't having any of that. I politely said, "we'll see," and immediately went home to research therapies. A Google search lead me to Nancy and we started physical therapy sessions with her almost immediately. Every Saturday, for a year-and-a-half, Domino and I would get in the car and drive an hour each way to see Nancy. And, for a year-and-a-half, Domino WALKED. In fact, I would often tell Domino, "You have to keep walking because when the time comes I can't be there to carry you across the Rainbow Bridge." And, he did. He walked every single day until this Monday, when the time came for him to walk across the Rainbow Bridge all by himself. I know, 100%, that it was because of Nancy that he did.
Nancy is dedicated to every single animal that comes into her clinic. I have seen it. Like one reviewer said, "she truly cares about the dog and the owner," and this couldn't be more true. She is knowledgeable, professional, and caring, but she is also a friend. And, I promise you that she will try everything in her power to help your dog/cat/whatever just like she did for me and Domino.
Here is a picture of Domino walking on the underwater treadmill in his very first session.
