Dr Patel is a very friendly and helpful Dentist, who is very knowledgable and happy to explain everything and have a good chat. He is very keen on being proactive with dental treatment recommending preventative work to improve your oral health and overall wellbeing. I have been a patient at this practice since the late 1970's and Dr Akhil is the third owner in this time. Akhil has been a breath of fresh air not only in his refurbishment of the building but also (and more importantly) his 'bedside manner' and the range of treatments he can offer because he has wholeheartedly embraced the latest technology. I feel better informed than ever before and any proposed treatment is explained thoroughly with the back-up of instant x-rays or photographs in the consulting room. Pricing is clearly explained as well and this is shown on a tablet screen where you can choose which elements to accept before digitally signing. Akhil is an incredibly friendly man and is very honest and open with everything he believes is necessary to carry out.
