The entire team was friendly and professional.Dr. Max Turner took the time to explain my dental issues clearly and walked me through the treatment plan in detail . He showed me my scan and X-ray results on the screen patiently, which helped me understand everything better.Regarding hygiene, Dr. Max and the nurse followed strict protocols. They fully covered their mouths and noses, which made me feel more at ease. I’ve had past experiences where a dentist and nurse only covered their chins, which made me uncomfortable—so I really appreciated their attention to this detail.The thoroughness of the treatment and the use of modern equipment left a lasting impression. I had my first treatment today and have to say they have worked miracles on repairing my teeth and drastically improving the appearance of them, and this was only the first treatment!All the staff were so welcoming and understanding and allowed me to take the process one step at a time at a pace that made sure i was comfortable. Everything was explained to me and so i felt reassured. I can't quite believe i'm saying this but can't wait till my next appointment.If you are a nervous patient i highly recommend this practice. Max is great! Makes you feel completely at ease. Would definitely recommend to people who are nervous to go to the dentist.

Lure you in with introductory offers then perform unnecessary work. Perform work that hasn’t been agreed then charge you for it.
