Having plucked up the courage at a mature age to visit a dentist after quite a few years !!! I was introduced to Max and his lovely nurses , what a wonderful experience, the empathy and patience I recieved was amazing, Max as a dentist WOW so professional, explained every procedure in a calm manner , filling me with such reassurance, so not judgmental THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊

Best dental practice in Solihull!I booked in to see Max at Infinity Dental last week for a hygiene appointment and Invisalign consultation. I had a wonderful experience in the chair for the first time ever at the dentists (I’m typically quite a nervous patient). There was relaxing music and a tv on the ceiling to keep you distracted during the clean and x rays. The practice is incredibly clean but also warm and friendly. The hygiene part of appointment was very comfortable and my teeth have felt great since. Max gave me very detailed advice on how best to brush and floss my teeth properly (who knew there was so much to think about!!) and even following it for just over a week I’ve noticed a difference.Coming on to the Invisalign consultation. I was blown away with the technology max used to get full 3D scans of my teeth and how accurate it was. He made me feel very comfortable about the whole process and explained very clearly what I could expect. Not to mention how competitive the pricing was for such a complex case which will take almost a year to complete. I’ve had much higher quotes for less of a service elsewhere. When they say affordable dentistry they’re definitely right!! They also offer flexible payment plans which is really helpful too.At my second appointment max showed me the full plan for my teeth. He literally showed me a video of the transformation step by step so I could see what the results will look like accurately. It made me so excited to know that my smile is going to improve so drastically.I should also mention the team were great at finding me quick appointments so we could get the ball rolling quickly. I’m booked in a couple of weeks to get fitted and pick up my first 28 trays. I am beyond excited to get started on this Invisalign journey. Thank you infinity for making this such a great first experience so far! I’m already looking forward to coming back again!

I am to say at the very least terrified of dentists. I'd avoided going to a dental practice for years as the thought of sitting in that chair filled me with dread. I found out about Infinity Dental Solihull after doing a lot of googling for sympathetic dentists. I had my first treatment today and have to say they have worked miracles on repairing my teeth and drastically improving the appearance of them, and this was only the first treatment!All the staff were so welcoming and understanding and allowed me to take the process one step at a time at a pace that made sure i was comfortable. Everything was explained to me and so i felt reassured. I can't quite believe i'm saying this but can't wait till my next appointment.If you are a nervous patient i highly recommend this practice. All my thanks to the team.I wanted to add an update to my review as i have been undergoing treatment over the past few months to fully stabilize my teeth ahead of getting crowns fitted to improve my smile. The work on my teeth has been carried out by Dr Zubair Sacranie and i have say i am over the moon with the results he has been able to achieve. I currently have temporary crowns but have my final appointment at 2pm today for the permanent crowns to be fitted.Once again i would like to thank whole team for their support and understanding in transforming my teeth and my smile which has increased my confidence knowing i don't have to be self conscious anymore about my smile.

The best service I have ever experienced in a dentist, I've just had a route canal filling, I was told how long it was going to take and exactly what was to be done, Max and the staff were very courteous. It was something that I was very nervous about having done but the staff put my mind at ease. Well done

This dental practice has very modern facilities, and is proficient at what they do, however their greatest proficiency is in extracting money from their customers it appears. Recent visits from myself and my wife have resulted in confusing bills and errors which have resulted in bill refunds - they "forgot" about the £30 off your next treatment made in their opening offer, and also a credit due also from their new customer offer. They seem to be focussed on future (very expensive) work , and charging higher prices (than shown on their website) for relatively short work - a small composite filling charged at £125 against their website , from £85 for the same work. This practice also has a habit of not keeping on time, especially when you are on time and waiting . We also had an instance of attending for a planned appointment only to find (after a numbing injection had been administered) the equipment was not working and the planned treatment had to be abandoned! We shall not be returning.

I trusted him recommendation—and I’m so glad I did. Before my first visit, I exchanged a few emails with Debbie, a team member who patiently answered all of my questions.From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The entire team was friendly and professional.Dr. Max Turner took the time to explain my dental issues clearly and walked me through the treatment plan in detail . He showed me my scan and X-ray results on the screen patiently, which helped me understand everything better.Regarding hygiene, Dr. Max and the nurse followed strict protocols. They fully covered their mouths and noses, which made me feel more at ease. I’ve had past experiences where a dentist and nurse only covered their chins, which made me uncomfortable—so I really appreciated their attention to this detail.The thoroughness of the treatment and the use of modern equipment left a lasting impression. For the first time in a long while, I feel confident about my dental care.I’m happy to return and continue taking care of my oral health with them!I highly recommend Infinity Dental and Dr. Max Turner to anyone seeking high-quality, trustworthy dental care!

Had my first visit to this new dental practice today and was very impressed. The clinic has a really nice, luxurious feel to it and the receptionist was lovely. The dentist, Max, was very thorough and talked me through every part of the examination which helped me feel comfortable. I usually dislike dental appointments but this one was enjoyable, thank you!
