Had a leak in our roof. Jim came out the next day to inspect the roof. He moved his schedule around to fit us in. He and his crew replaced the roof, gutters downspouts and gutterguards in 1 day as soon as weather permitted. We had a couple of concerns when the job was completed. Jim had his crew come back the next day, a Saturday afternoon, to fix our concerns. Jim quickly responded to phone calls and text messages.

Jim Muir was recommended to us after our roof leaked last fall due to hail damage. Within a day of contacting him, he had the leak patched to last us through the winter.Jim’s crew then did a great job this spring of replacing our roof, including gutters and downspouts. We’re very pleased with the quality of the work and finished product. The crew was prompt, got the job done when promised, and cleaned everything up completely when finished. Jim was very responsive and we really appreciated his help in working through the process with our insurance company. Would definitely recommend for anyone in need of roof replacement or repair!
