PR Coast Media charged me for another year of services ($790) months after I stopped using their services. They claimed they would not refund me because I never notified them that I no longer needed their services.They stated, “I can certainly cancel your website hosting subscription with us now so you do not get charged moving forward.” However, 12 months later, I was charged again. I reached out multiple times and forwarded the email confirming the cancellation, and I also stated that I would report the charge as fraud to my bank (because it is). I have not received any response in almost three weeks
