I do believe this business is good at what they do, but unfortunately, they deal with a very harmful and predatory company in Oakville.Here’s my experience: I was parked near this establishment on the Thursday night before Good Friday for just 1 hour. The business was closed and the parking lot was empty. When I returned, I found a boot placed on my car.When I called the towing company to have it removed, they refused to disclose the price until they were ready to take off the boot—only then was I hit with a shocking $320 fee. They deliberately withhold the cost upfront so they can essentially hold you hostage and force you to pay on the spot.To make matters worse, they damaged my rim due to the cheap metal boot they use. Damage was confirmed by a rim specialist and now I’m facing repair costs. This entire situation has caused me significant stress and even forced me to miss work.A simple google search of the towing company name - phillys/west towing, will show you their questionable practices and predatory behavior towards Oakville residents. In fact, a bylaw was passed recently to deter these predatory towing practices but they managed to find a way around it - which is booting.After researching the company, I saw lots of others in Oakville that have had similar experiences. It’s truly unfortunate that what I thought to be a trusted and skilled local business like this one would be associated with a company that has such a bad reputation for preying on residents in Oakville

I would higly recommend Boutique Medical Aesthetics to anyone who wants to improve their skin. Cynthia is an incredible wealth of science based information when it comes to skin care. As a certified aesthetics Nurse Specialist she is an expert in all the latest skin care technology and products. I was very impressed with her knowledge, her friendly and down to earth manner, and her ability to explain how the products work. There were no heavy sale pressure tactics, just suggestions and options on how to proceed based on a high tech skin analysis they conduct. Everyone who works at the clinic is super friendly, professional and even have a great sense of humour. I am definitely going back for a follow up!
