We had a great experience. We had a pick up at 3am in Connecticut to go to Logan Airport in Boston. They were on time, professional, nothing bad to say at all. 10 days later we had a pick up at Logan Airport back to Connecticut, even though plane was a little delayed then getting through customs and everything, our driver was right there waiting for us and grabbed our luggage for us and loaded them up and we hit the road back home. Long days and it was so relaxing having ASL Limo take care of us and not having to worry. Well worth it and will definitely be using them again in the future.

My three sisters and I hired ASL Limo to drive us from the Boston/Logan airport to and from Salem, MA for a sister trip. The Executive SUVs we hired were extremely comfortable and our drivers, Alex and Sevio were courteous and safe drivers. We were in Boston for a family reunion and Lando our driver went beyond our expectations in meeting our needs. He certainly made our trip so wonderful and our vehicle met our needs to transport 8 people around the city. He knew the city extremely well and made our riding to a college, 3 homes, a cemetery and restaurant extremely pleasant - even with Boston traffic. He was so polite and patient in waiting while we made our trip to visit all these sites. It was a such a memorable experience for us and we are so grateful that Lando was our driver. Definitely a five star experience.

We had a wonderful experience with ASL Limo from start to finish. Our chauffeur was on time, professional, polite, and extremely helpful with all of our bags. Our ferry coming back from Martha’s Vineyard was delayed, and they patiently waited for our group without making the situation stressful.One of our players even left a charger on the bus, and they called us after finding it and offered to ship it back to us out of state. That level of honesty and customer service really stood out to me.Great drivers, great communication, and excellent service. There’s definitely a reason this company has 5 stars. I would absolutely use ASL Limo again and highly recommend them!

Moving with 18 pieces of luggage was no small task, and ASL Limo made the entire airport transfer as smooth as possible.Our driver, Sabri, was exceptional. He went above and beyond by helping load and unload every single piece of luggage with professionalism, care, and a great attitude. His help took a tremendous amount of stress off our shoulders.What truly separates ASL Limo from other transportation companies, however, is their customer service.Ashley and Sonia were outstanding from start to finish. They even helped arrange airport greeter services through a third party company to assist us with our luggage. Unfortunately, the greeter company only provided one person, which was clearly insufficient for the amount of luggage we had. Rather than leaving us to deal with the issue ourselves, Ashley and Sonia worked hard to secure a refund from the third-party provider. When that wasn't successful, ASL's management stepped in and offered to refund us themselves.That level of accountability is incredibly rare. Taking responsibility for a service they didn't directly provide and making sure their customers were taken care of anyway is what builds trust and earns lifelong customers.If you are looking for a transportation company that genuinely cares about its clients, stands behind the entire customer experience, and delivers outstanding service, I highly recommend ASL Limo.

The staff and drivers at ASL are amazing! We used them on two separate trips to Europe, 3 years apart, with 10-12 family members, They were professional, on time and ever helpful.
