We have been very happy with AFB Floors and would absolutely recommend them. As a new vendor for our property, they have exceeded our expectations. Kelby has been great to work with and is always responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with.They have handled everything from demolition and subfloor repairs to carpet and pad installation, LVP installation, and projects that required a combination of flooring materials. Their team works efficiently, both when scheduling measurements and getting projects started, as well as completing the installations themselves.The quality of their work has been excellent. We have not had any issues arise from their installations and have received no resident complaints. the Rep i have been dealing with Mike Andy is the best in Seattle without a doubt! i have used multiple sales reps from other vendors in the area, but the customer service and just overall satisfaction cant get better than Mike from AFB Floors, I honestly dont want to deal with anyone else because how good the communication is with him and nobody compares. AFB always delivers a good product. Mike is very pleasant to work with and he is always on top of things making sure all flooring projects go smoothly.Their flooring contractors are great and always deliver a satisfactory product. Lizandro and his crew have done several units at my site and their attention to detail makes all the difference. They spend the extra time to level your floors and leave the unit very clean on the way out.
