the Rep i have been dealing with Mike Andy is the best in Seattle without a doubt! i have used multiple sales reps from other vendors in the area, but the customer service and just overall satisfaction cant get better than Mike from AFB Floors, I honestly dont want to deal with anyone else because how good the communication is with him and nobody compares. AFB always delivers a good product. Mike is very pleasant to work with and he is always on top of things making sure all flooring projects go smoothly.Their flooring contractors are great and always deliver a satisfactory product. Lizandro and his crew have done several units at my site and their attention to detail makes all the difference. They spend the extra time to level your floors and leave the unit very clean on the way out.

I’ve been in the property management industry for 8 years. Tom McKamey I’ve known for a couple years, he’s so responsive and attentive to our requests, shows up in person to regularly check in. We’ve had one incident of a revisit for a tricky set of stairs needed heavier duty install, and he had the crew return the following day!
