TL;DR Phenomenal. Mike was thorough, prompt, courteous, and communicative before during and after. He is the epitome of what you want from anyone servicing your home or home of a loved one.I've only made a couple reviews before, my mother got this service at her house and she was happy with the work, but she isnt allergic to dogs so notices a passive "fresh". My wife and I (who are) can breathe in her home effortlessly now and we could even smell the petrichor (smell of rain) inside the closed home. Comfortable barely begins to describe it, inflammation has gone down, everyone including the critters feel calmer, less coughing (even with the smoke from the fires!).Mike was so beyond courteous, he was conscientious of pets and not scaring them, courteous of sleepers on an early morning appointment. He communicated super clearly about timing of arrival (there was a huge downpour, one that it would have 100% been valid for him to cancel) instead, just told us a buffer of 30min(wow!) crushed it getting 20min early to even that. The downpour caused a large backup of water to get sucked into the drain line, our drain line tape failed. Not only did he text us after hours, HE CAME BACK. This man is a legend of a serviceman, I don't know the most distinguished title I could give him, but.. yeah. Above and beyond scratches the surface.Thank you for taking awesome care of my mom, Mike.

I highly recommend this company. They came out to clean my vents, but weren’t able to due to there being too much air loss from leaks. Michael explained the process and the problem very thoroughly. After spending an hour and a half setting up and trying various methods with no results, he recommended my next steps. He could have fudged things and told me they were “clean”, but he didn’t. 5-Stars for an honest company with great values.

10 years of accumulated debris was vacuumed out of my vents by Michael! I didn't know this was a thing to do every three and five years. I just thought that the dryer vents were the only thing that needed to be cleaned! Nice person and very professional.

WOW! Is all I can say. Mike did a fantastic job cleaning my ducts and giving me cleaner air. I can already feel the difference. I can’t believe the before and after pics. I’ve lived here 25 years and never had it done. There’s no telling how long it had been before I got here. None of that debris in there was mine. I can’t wait to feel the benefits over time.
