I worked with Nicole to find a new lender (refinance) for a “condotel” property which is hard to find. She was so wonderful about keeping in touch with me and being honest about the upsides and downsides of different options. The HOA made things difficult but Nicole dealt with them very admirably and got what we needed. She made it really easy for us all around, zero personal stress though I think it wasn’t the easiest process. We got a fantastic rate and exactly the terms we were looking for. I’m so glad I found Nicole - she’s fantastic I can’t recommend working with her enough!
