Very good CrossFit gym. Mix of levels attend and the owners mix things up and add extra challenges/comps to keep people engaged. Friendly and welcoming instructors. Generally it is more gymnastics focussed than a lot of CrossFit gyms but they do strength specific/lifting sessions & have a dedicated strength room. Minor gripe sometimes the 5:30pm class is a bit noisy with people chatting and laughing making it hard to hear the instructor….least until everyone is out of breadth 😀 Less

REC Gym's motto is 'Strength in Community' and this ethos can be seen in everything that they do and this has been exemplified with the recent COVID lockdown where the owners, Mitch and Meg, and the coaches have banded together to help to continue to deliver workouts for the RGK community so we can maintain a bit of sanity during these trying times.
