Viewed a house being sold by Alvin Tan this morning. The people were sleeping with the master bed locked and another sleeping downstairs. Tenant was showering and didn't know there was a viewing. Absolute nightmare. We decided that was a sign to not buy the house. Will definitely avoid anything with his name on it from now on.
