Horrible experience!I came in at 4:10 PM with my boyfriend, and they told us they closed at 5. I was fine with coming back another day, but they asked what services we wanted. I explained that I wanted a full new set and a pedicure, and my boyfriend wanted a pedicure too. They asked me twice if we were sure and confirmed they had enough time.I clearly asked for long almond-shaped nails and showed a picture. I repeated the length twice, but the technician forgot the almond shape and then cut my nails much shorter than requested. They ended up uneven, different lengths, and poorly shaped, nothing like the picture.Around 5:50 PM, they suddenly acted surprised that I also wanted a pedicure, even though I had already explained it twice. I decided not to do mine because they were clearly rushing.I paid around $120 ($40 for my boyfriend’s pedicure and about $78 for my nails) and only received a $10 discount after asking for one. For that price, the quality and customer service were extremely disappointing. Definitely not coming back.I believe you should offer me a refund so I can have these nails removed and get them done properly somewhere else, especially since you wasted my time by telling me that you would be able to do the services I requested within the time available, and then you didn’t because, according to you, you “didn’t know.!!!!!!
