Grabbed dinner at Vito's a couple weekends ago with some friends and it was honestly such a fun spot. We split the seafood linguine and the wood fired pizza and both were done right, nice char on the crust and the sauce wasn't drowning anything. Our server actually remembered our names by the time dessert rolled around, which felt like a nice touch on a busy Saturday night. Parking behind the building was easy too, which is always a bonus downtown, so we're already planning our next visit.

This place is a staple pizza restaurant/takeout in Moncton. The pizza is pretty good but rarely consistent. Sometimes you get a normal amount of cheese and other times the cheese only meets half way up the pizza. They should try putting the cheese near the crust.The ceasar salad has good taste but its way over sauced.They use imitation crab meat in their "seafood" lasagna. Just. No.Their onion soup might have been the worst I've ever tried, ever. Just bland and transparent broth..never again.This place is definitely best known for their lasagna, spaghetti (get extra sauce) and their pizza.

Well, i do like most of their food there, their pizza is amazing,pasta is great. But their salads are terrible. I wanted to get a salad for myself for once to try it (i got a greek salad) and they gave me hardly any lettuce,a bunch of olives with pits inside that i had to take out myself, and ALOT of oil and uncut cherry tomatoes. Never get their greek salad. It tasted really bad and i had to put in extra of my own lettuce, take out the pits of the olives and cut the olives myself and also had to cut the cherry tomatoes myself.
