I have to highlight the excellent job Robert did for us. He went the extra mile at every step of the process, answering the thousand and one questions I asked him, and explaining everything in detail and simple terms. He definitely helped make the experience much more enjoyable. Buying a home is a pretty tedious process in itself. It's not easy. There's a lot of fine print to sign, a lot of aggressive salespeople, a lot of uncertainty and mixed feelings of excitement and frustration at the same time. However, I think there are few people out there who truly care about the customer, who want to genuinely help you, and I feel that Robert is one of them. If you are thinking about going through the experience of buying a home, do not hesitate to contact him. 100% recommended.
