They were working on my neighbours house, and I have asked them 4 or 5 times to come round to give me a quote, to which the response is that they will, and then they simply don't show up. They have also managed to get patio grout all over the side of my car and said nothing about it when it is obviously off them, but they didn't think to ask me to move my car. Although I couldn't move it anyway since they'd parked their van across my drive without even asking. I've also counted up about 12 cigarette ends they've left lying around

Called up for a quote, was asked to send my details in, I sent my details with pictures of what was required. Heard nothing at all. I then text and got a voice note saying they would try and get over in their dinner break, didn't turn up no phone call or text to say why still heard nothing. Poor
