I was extremely disappointed with the PIC today. I had confirmed my reservation through WhatsApp, and the PIC assured me that it was confirmed. However, when I arrived, he told me that my reservation was not recorded. He simply asked me to call the number I made the reservation with, but no one answered. When I asked who I should contact to make a reservation, he gave me a business card with the same phone number I had already tried. This wasn’t my first time at the restaurant; I’ve always made reservations using that number. The PIC’s attitude was unprofessional and rude, which has made me reconsider coming back. This is a place where my family and I have enjoyed meals together for years, but due to the poor service by the PIC today, I might think twice before returning. It's one of my favourite places to enjoy Middle Eastern food. Their rice is so soft and fragrance. Combine with the soft and fall of the bone meat. It was so nice and comforting. The vibe here is so enchanting. Especially with their decorated wall full of colours and intricate design. There is also a lot of baklava to choose from. Really loved the pistachio. Parking here is quite hard and limited. You might need to park a little bit far. Less
