This is difficult to rate. The service was excellent. However, I do feel that a $295.00 service fee is outrageous. You did have 2 guys, I think you were training the younger gentleman. It was not a 2 man job so the additional person was not needed and I shouldn't have to pay for the training of any employee. I'm sorry, but if your service fee is that much you are not a service we will be able to use. Our part was $10.00. You replaced the nut and bolt inside the toilet tank. Our bill was $325.59. I don't even think you were here for half an hour. Good luck to your company in the future with those prices. I wish you the best.
