Craig and Zac did a quick, excellent update for our refrigerator water lines. They explained what they did and cleaned up after their repair. I feel very comfortable with Sheehan Connection LLC for a few reasons. Anytime I have had a concern, they have come right out to help. Sheehan plumbing came to fix my toilet that had a pressure system. The tank would not pressurize or flush. When the tech came out on site he communicated very little and began work (about an hour in total). After the repair, the tech told me there was a leaky valve, not allowing the tank to pressurize correctly. He was able to get the toilet to flush, but stated it was an old system and had other problems that needed to be addressed eventually (pinhole leak in the bladder) and would follow up with another quote.Unfortunately, the fix ONLY lasted 5 hours and failed (before the 2nd quote came in). While I was disappointed, I wanted to work with them to resolve the issue in good faith. They did offer a small credit of $160 toward the new repair. However, I thought the new quote was very high even with a so called discount, so I decided to do the work myself over the weekend. After I replaced the toilet, I contacted them about the initial repair cost ($325). I felt I shouldn't have to pay based on the fact they didn't actually fix anything in retrospect. Let's face it, a fix that lasts "5 hours", is not legitimate under ANY circumstance. I know it's unfair to both parties. I called and stated my case, and in good faith offered to pay half of the service cost. The owner flat out refused. At this point, I am thinking, "am I really paying $325 for absolutely nothing"?I kept trying to find middle ground with the owner. His tech was only here for about an hour. He stood firm and rejected any offer I made. I told him I had no recourse but to write a google review reflective of the situation (bad). His response was "go ahead"! So here I am. I paid $325 for absolutely NOTHING. Offered to find middle ground, but the $325 was more important that retaining a potential customer.
