Its been 5 star customer service from the beginning. After a dreadful experience with another company, Top House Solar provided customised solutions and options for my solar and battery install. Bryan answered many questions, did detailed analysis of our power usage and made the whole process easy from the start to make the best decisions. Greg and his installation team were fantastic, on time, polite, knew what they were doing, provided clear instructions on how to look after the system, set up the app and cleaned up everything afterwards. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Top House Solar removed my existing solar setup and did a whole new solar and battery system for my house. I dealt with Bryan who was absolutely fantastic and delivered what I was looking for.I had quotes from other companies that just didn’t listen to what I wanted and had the pushiest sales tactics as well. The fellas who came out to install the system were polite, professional and didn’t leave any kind of mess (the dog loved the extra pats too) and helped set up the app for me to monitor the system. Had our first local power outage this evening but we kept chugging along courtesy of the battery system! Stoked!Hands down will recommend Top House Solar to everyone. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bryan and team from Top House Solar were amazing. We had a 16kw battery and up graded inverter to a hybrid sungrow installed. Bryan was very informative about what would suit our needs . Great communtion from asking for a quote throw till the end . The team were very professional when installing , neat and clean. A step by step on what everything was and how to use it. Great products, service and price. Would recommand top house solar.

Install was quick and clean. Only hiccup was the battery installed had 0% charge which made it not feasible to test battery backup during power outage. Installer did give instructions on how to test and it worked great.

Provided me with a quote, even after a $12,500 government rebate they wanted to charge me $15,000 on a system that would take more than 7 years to repay.Their salesman Bryan's attitude that it was it wasn't overpriced and that it was an investment, regardless of when i simply told him the math - would be over 45 by the time i paid it off.Simply put, at the price this company charges you for solar, you might as well not install it. You don't make your money back.These guys are a scam. Disconnected with the people. I found the entire thing extremely disrespectful. Enough to remember weeks later and post this review across all their social media.You should not shop here.From my research you should try SMART HOUSE SOLAR instead. I typed in cheap solar and spoke to a few people, smart gave me honest advice at a reasonable price.

Very professional company. Smooth process from initial consultation to install. Not the cheapest quotes we had but quality products backed up by solid after sales service.
