Purchased a washer and dryer. Dryer stopped working. Took them 4 months to pickup the broken one and bring a loaner. Then after they have kept my dryer for several months without receiving a call from them I stopped in. Talked to Billy and he called Selena. She told me because we have had your old dryer so long we won’t be bringing it back. In the meantime the loaner doesn’t work anymore. I have tried to send the proof I have not received a call from anyone and nobody answers the phone at the Danville location or on Selena’s “personal number” goes to voicemail but the voicemail is full. Don’t waist your money!

Ruined a refrigerator during install and lost parts to it as well as scrapes. A previous refrigerator that was sold was also damaged, dented and scratched along with the kitchen floor being torn. Refuse to take calls or return calls.

My elderly neighbor bought a fridge. She had it delivered and the two installers showed up today with the fridge. They damaged her old fridge that she had sold. They damaged her new Samsung fridge and lost the screws to the handles. They also ripped the flooring in her hallway. They then hooked the water up to the hot water and didn't tighten anything up. Needless to say the water line exploded and water flooded her kitchen. The installers left her with all this mess and told her the fridge didnt have a manual and they didnt know how to program it. I looked for a serial number and the plate has been removed. I have tried to help her but the sales manager says he can't do anything and gave me a number to call. I have called that number over and over and can not get an answer or a call back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

An elderly woman bought a fridge. They destroyed her old fridge that had been sold, ripped holes in her flooring, had no screws to put on the handles, and the fridge itself was severely damaged, and was told there was no manual. When she and a friend called to get things fixed, they were disrespected. I have pictures of everything and will be putting them up on Google reviews.

Wow, this place. What a joke. I came in this place with such high hopes. The people were very nice and helpful so no issues there. So easy to get approved, got my whirlpool dryer leased and the delivery was paid and set. Low and behold I waited the week to get it delivered, nothing! So I called, Billy answered and said they should be here by the end of the day, mind you it was already 4. I waited at home and nothing. Next day I called, he said he'd call me back. Nothing. I called he said it was an emergency with the driver. Ok, I can understand that, but I have 7 kids and I need to do laundry for. Which is why I needed one fast, so I got help and picked it up. The dryer was not the same one I picked in the store, it has a missing piece in the bottom so it wobbles quite a bit. I overlooked that too, because I'm desperate here. The dryer than gets started, seems to be working fine, I calm down. Unfortunately, after the first dry, clothes were not dry, so I started it again, and again. By the third try it finally got dry. So I called the store, again. Billy answered and I am already frustrated with it all so I tell him it's "poop" and it's not drying properly. He gives me a promise that someone will be here to swap it out. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED ME EVER! My boyfriend and I were able to figure out the issue, it was something with the dryer tube in the back and we got it going. Yay! Ok, so it sucked they never even followed up, but I got over it because in the end I have my working dryer that works, or so I thought. Fast forward a month later and it won't even turn on. We did every troubleshooting step possible, the power is working but it simply doesn't turn on. At this point I'm having a nervous breakdown because I just washed work clothes that I needed for today, and I cannot get them done unless I go to the laundromat or hang dry. I call Makko, AGAIN. Someone else answers and I'm in tears. The dryer doesn't work please do something, it is still within the warranty window thank goodness... but they can't come until TUESDAY and it is Thursday. That's assuming they even call, or show up. And if they do will the next one work? It's a guessing game. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt because they seemed so nice. But this is ridiculous. I feel like I was scammed and discarded. The money sure comes out of my paycheck every 2 weeks though. I'm just so defeated. Mako please get this issue fixed..

Bought a dryer a month ago runs just fine. Customer service was top tier to the point I hardly notice I was even talking to a worker. The delivery team had my dryer to my house before I could leave the parking lot of the store.I don't usually leave a review on stores but I had to this time the workers made me feel at home helped me pick out the perfect dryer for my home and the delivery team brought it and set it up before I could take my next shallow breath. Bought a washer and dryer set from them for almost $1,000. 2 weeks after we bought the set the dryer messed up so they came and got it to repair it. They kept telling us they were waiting on the part from LG, however, this December 2024 will be 2 years since we’ve heard from them or even seen our dryer we paid full cash for. They never returned phone calls and never returned our dryer or money we spent. We were stuck with a POS rental dryer we did not pay for!!! Will never ever shop here again or recommend anyone to again!!!

Avoid this place. We bought a dryer and brought it home and it didn't work. We took it back to have it repaired and 2 weeks later we got it back and it still didn't work. And we can't get our money back because all they give is in-store credit. And I certainly don't want to buy anything else there. So the in-store credit doesn't do me any good. I would get my appliances somewhere else. Do not buy from here. And before you try to say I didn't purchase because my name isn't on record, the last name is Sandefur now.
