Typically, I do not provide reviews; however, I believe Legacy and specifically Jake, the owner deserves a full comprehensive and fair review of what they are and are not.My personal experience is as follows, I was looking for a shop and team that could provide the highest level of quality products and more importantly the level of passionate expertise of detail towards my car as the same level of thoughtfulness I had about my car, which in my case took four years to achieve.The first point, Jake, is about professionalism, a buy-in to you and your personal story around that car and approaching it from an educational process to build the right clientele with a niche shop not a customer that wants the fastest, cheapest car tint that’s not them, like an artist with a body of work surrounding their cars, prefer protecting, preserving and showing off my car longer term, like my story of what it meant and now Legacy being part of that growing story.Legacy, specifically Jake drives the passion and initiatives to help support in building their clientele like the overall car enthusiast, to the person that occasionally takes the car to the track or heated road driving, to the one that purchased a new car that approaches it as a precious investment; moreover, the forgotten parent with a growing family and cars that overflow out of the garage and now has to resort to moving some or all of those cars outside and concerned how to overall protect those family of cars from mother nature per PPF, ceramic applicators to tint and heat protection, to just simply looking their best.My experience, I reached out to Legacy and left a message of my intentions of possibly protecting my windshield on a new product I heard about and within hours I surprisingly received a call from the owner of Legacy, Jake.I shared with Jake my concerns and please help education me on the products providing the windshield protection and we discussed the pros and cons, Jake shared an unbiased approach as to why it’s so important from not just the fraction of cost, but more importantly the windshield is typically never the same as from out of the factory, made you think on multiple levels.These are just one of many things we went on to talk about regarding the small percentages a person thinks about when approaching their car in protection to beauty of the longevity of your vehicle and the vast educational process involved in your car are not one dimensional.Most, if not all of us with little or no time might try to wash a car once in a while, to the large commercial wash shops unfortunately all damage your car unless you already prepped the car; however even with all those swirls in paint to the imperfections straight out as a new car, Jake in his team as they presented to me can remove and prep those imperfections as to prepare onto the next phase of car protection longer term, even from the harsh daily construction of the roads and mother nature's environment we most all live in, definitely Texas.The second point, the process to schedule an appointment was simple and easy as a sent and reaffirmed via text and email; along with additional things I considered as a result of Jake’s education process that led 3 different proposals that were to the point and clear with the ability to accept the offered deal or not and then schedule a date and time right there via text in my case.Lastly, I can speak for myself no one wants to feel like buyer's remorse and its why Legacy, but specifically Jake personally backs up his work with a follow up within the month of service to make sure in the case of PPF settles properly and clean, also has additionally a 10 year warranty, but none of the run around submitting claims, Jake gets it done and back in your hands to enjoy.You would do yourself a disservice and your car if you didn’t at least educate yourself and speak with Jake. The day of our appointment when we dropped off the cars, the employees who would be putting on the film were professional, and also helped me decide what percentage of tint to go with, and they offered their suggestions. I'm glad I took their suggestions, because they were spot on! The installation went exactly as expected, and we are very happy with the result! I can tell that Legacy Auto truly cares about their products, services, and the customer experience.The only negatives I experienced was that it took about 3 business days to hear back initially from them after I submitted an online quote request. It was long enough that I thought I would need to try and reach out again. Also, I needed to take a microfiber cloth to all the windows to remove visible fingerprints after we got the cars back, but that wasn't much of a hassle at all.Overall, very satisfied with Legacy Auto's tinting services! He told me that my floor mats were dusty and dirty so he put them in my trunk and that I should just buy new ones.He did clean under the hood when I didn’t expect that, so that was nice.The exterior windows are clean and shiny, as is most of the exterior of the car. But the wheel wells are dirty and the front still has a lot of bugs. The black marks in the photos are preexisting scratches but the lighter colored marks are all bugs.My headlights are also still foggy (but I forgot to ask if that was included). Less

called at like 12:30 today and asked if they had time to fit me in for a tint… i was feeling impulsive and they fit me right in because of a cancellation. one hour later my car was dropped off, and it was fairly easy. the manager was super helpful, my back and rearview windows were different privacy glass and my front side had no tint of any sorts. i kind of let him do whatever worked best and they matched them perfectly.i know basically nothing about tint other than what ive seen on tiktok and they made it an extremely smooth and easy process. She looked amazing. The next day she had been ceramic coated and was available for pick up. The payment process was simple and easy. I received some instructions on what to do with the car for the next 24 hours. And also some tips on cleaning in the future. I need to bring her back later this week. They will give the car a washing. Inspect the final cure of the ceramic and see if anything else needs to be done.Overall, I am very happy with the service. I have a couple of questions that I will post an edit on once I stop by.By all means, check these guys out! they will treat you right!!!! Less

I originally intended to simply do it for paint preservation, but opted to try a new color because why not?I've always been a bit apprehensive about vinyl wraps because I've seen some pretty low quality ones in my time at meets/shows.Boy did they prove me wrong. Immediately when I went in, I noticed their shop was filled with supercars and high end vehicles. I knew if people trusted them with their McClaren 570s', then I could too.The whole process was smooth, they were super communicative, and even though there was a slight delay due to a backlog (I also told them it's fine to take their time with mine), they were super up-front about it and even went out of their way to offer cost reduction to make up for it even though I was the one who told them it's okay to prioritize their other vehicles on a tighter schedule.But then there's the wrap... My god... My car is truly one of a kind now, and all of my friends are considering wraps for their M cars as well. It's absolutely stunning and a certified neck breaker. Every meet I've been to since, I've been getting nothing but compliments and people stopping to take pics and videos of it.I would not recommend any other shop to wrap your car... But, these guys do PROFESSIONAL work. The attention they pay to the minor details really shows! Less

We returned yesterday with my non friendly kid car today (a 64 impala SS) for a full interior detail, a full buff and polish and a paint correction and it looks absolutely perfect. I don’t think it has ever looked better than when I walked in to grab it today Matt and Aaron have customers for life!
