Azalea came out and said I needed a deep clean. They charged $450.00. Normally most companies I have dealt with send two people. They sent one. She spent six hours (she was slow, but nice). She didn't even finish. I have two bedrooms, two baths and a great room with kitchen and hall way. We didn't contract to do upstairs. When she left` the company called the next day and wanted to charge another $450,00 and over $400.00 to come twice a month. I told her they were running a scam to do deep cleaning with no intentions of returning on a weekly basis. I do not recommend this company unless you make over $250,000 a year. You won't be able to afford them. I told them I was going to leave a bad review. They could careless. That should tell you something.

They withdrew funds unauthorized as I have nothing in writing to show a cancellation fee. I have a sick sister at my house. They have awful attitudes and they change prices at random.

I have used Azeala Cleaning company for approximately 1 year. Today is my last. I have repeatedly asked for the owner’s contact information, as a different person answers texts/emails every time, a new person is at my home every month and I do not know who to contact when things are less than satisfactory. I was told today to find someone else, because for some reason, they do not want to reveal the owner. I will do just that.

I’ve had so much working mom guilt that I waited and waited to “allow myself the treat” of a twice monthly cleaning service. Azalea Cleaning Co is not the least expensive cleaning service available, but you get what you pay for. The value Azaleas bring far exceeds the cost of their service! Azalea’s transforms our home and is meticulous about the details of their clean. They are thorough and do not rush to just “check the box.” I came home from work today and raved to my husband about how good our house looks as it does every time. Thank you for being the best!

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have (or rather, have not) received from Azalea Cleaning Co. Over the past 6 weeks, I have been repeatedly let down by their lack of professionalism and reliability.The first time Azalea Cleaning Co cancelled on me, I was understanding—life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. However, my patience quickly wore thin when they cancelled an hour before they were supposed to arrive. I had rearranged my entire day to accommodate this cleaning session, only to be left with a messy house and a disrupted schedule.The situation worsened this week with not one, but two last-minute cancellations. On Monday, I received a notice three hours before my appointment, which was inconvenient but still manageable. Today, however, they cancelled at 1:15 p.m. for a 1:00 p.m. appointment. This was beyond frustrating and just disrespectful.It’s particularly unfortunate for the lovely ladies who come and clean, as they are always friendly and professional when they actually make it to the appointment. Their hard work and pleasant demeanor deserve better support from their management. The one star is for them.What truly irks me is the hypocrisy in their cancellation policy. According to their appointment reminder, if I were to cancel on the day of the appointment, I would be charged in full for the services. Yet, they seem to have no qualms about cancelling on me with little to no notice. The audacity of this double standard is infuriating and leaves a lot to be desired in terms of customer service.In conclusion, I cannot recommend Azalea Cleaning Co to anyone seeking a reliable and professional cleaning service. Their repeated cancellations have caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I hope they take these criticisms to heart and make the necessary improvements to their services. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere, where my time and schedule are respected.
