Roque Fuentes was our account rep and was awesome! He handled communication with my insurance company which was a huge bonus. The crew for each job was respective of our home, cleaned up their materials well, and were all great! Hurricane Roofers stopped at our house the day after hurricane Ian. They offered to tarp our roof with the agreement that we use them for the repairs. Our contact was Eric Peralta. He handed everything for us as we had no power for 9 days and could not contact anyone. He was efficient, polite and professional. The work was done on time and and the quality was excellent. Our roof was leaking and it was in desperate need of repair. If you're looking for a new roof, I highly recommended calling Hurricane Roofers. Out of the 3 companies, Steve gave us a really good rate when he came out to inspect our roof. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and always kept us updated. The crew was extremely hard working and professional as well. Steve, who oversaw the project, made sure all my concerns were met before and after the work was done. After the shingles were taken off, the deck underneath had rotten wood and holes all throughout. Our roof needed all new plywood and gutters all around. Loving far away from your properties is never easy, especially when you need work done. We need a full roof tear down and install as well as replacement of any wood that was needed. Hurricane Roofers was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. Greg was able to come out and give a estimate for all repairs needed with a estimate the same day. I called 6 different roofing companies with little to no response and day to three days later with a estimate. Anthony who was the roofing employee that completed the work was amazing! Very communicative with pictures and explanations on the work that he will be doing and had it done in two days! Quality work!! Also forgot to mention once I had the funds ready to start the work they were able to get me on the schedule within a couple of days, amazing!! Tim gave a very thorough explanation of the damage with many pictures and a video of him walking the roof detailing everything. The price was very reasonable and comparable to other local companies, and I chose Hurricane Roofers over the others because of this thorough estimate and professionalism. Hurricane Roofers did a really good job. They are very thorough from start to finish. I have heard a lot of bad stories about roofers in general, but these guys did an excellent job. They came out several times to make sure every step of the process was done correctly. After the roof was installed they came out again to inspect and caught just a few minor things that the roofer came back out to fix. Very pleased and will recommend to others.
