What a wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable person. I had a problem with my right shoulder for quite a few months, I went to my doctor seeking some relief. They wanted to do steroid injections, but I refused.Olga was kind enough to give me some exercises to help my "frozen shoulder." I am happy to say that I am now pain free today, my shoulder movement is 100% restored!Thanks Olga!

I started seeing Olga Thompson after I was diagnosed a second time with a breast lump. My self care and daily routine seemed to be spiraling downward as I felt overwhelmed with things as simple as food prep.Olga stepped in and immediately helped me with looking at easier ways to food prep and make good use of my instantpot and air fryer/oven. Both have made cooking more pleasant. I can set the timers on both and do other things around the house therefore getting more done on my to do list and helping me lower my anxiety about it all.Olga is professional, very pleasant, patient and truly cares about helping others. My goal is to be on a better schedule, be more focused to finish more tasks, get more sleep and get outside of home and work to be have more social activities with others.With each visit we go over my progress in each area and I’m feeling better and more confident about things every week.
