As a person who has owned numerous boats and dealt with every horror story you could imagine on warranty work bad communication and unanswered questions. I’d like to state that with BTH marine it is exactly the opposite. They work on my boats they have sold boats for me and I am in the process of buying a new boat from them. If you’re looking to feel comfortable know you’re going to get treated like family and expect quality work. This is the place for you. I can’t say enough about the team. I’m fortunate to have met them at the time I did and would 1000 percent recommend them to anyone looking for all services in boating. BTH immediately stepped up. Their team was able to secure a brand-new warranty powerhead and have it air-shipped within 24 hours. Even more impressive, the installation began practically the moment the crate was delivered. There was no unnecessary waiting or runaround they understood the urgency and did everything possible to get me back on the water as quickly as possible.I also want to recognize their excellent parts department, led by Lorinda. She and her team are knowledgeable, responsive, and always go above and beyond to make sure the right parts are located and delivered as quickly as possible. Their efficiency played a major role in keeping everything moving during my repair.The billing department, led by Abigail, also deserves recognition. She has always been professional, organized, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the process.
