I recently used Star Moving Company for my move, and while I had high hopes, my experience turned out to be quite different. They arrived 5 hours later than the quote.Initially, Wayne and Antonio were professional and efficient. They arrived and handled my belongings with care. However, I was taken aback when the owner insisted on a review before the work was even completed. This felt inappropriate and pressured me into writing a positive review prematurely.Moreover, I encountered issues with the pricing. The initial contract did not mention a fuel surcharge—only a truck service fee. Once they were about 50% through unpacking, Wayne suddenly asked for additional money, which was not outlined in the original quote.While Wayne did their best, the overall experience left me feeling frustrated and misled. I would advise potential customers to be cautious and ensure everything is clearly outlined before proceeding with this company. 🌟

You cannot trust Milton and star moving. I contracted them to move from one storage unit to another which was from Canton Ga to Trion Ga which is 1and 1/2 hour difference in travel time. Milton stated that it would be 85.00 an hour for the first two hours and 165.00 an hour after the two hours. He requested a 150.00 deposit which he stated would be deducted after final bill. He took a total of 3and 1/2 hours to load and unload to finish. Milton for total move charged 850.00. He now states he is charging for travel fees which he states was before he even got to the storage unit before moving anything and to travel back to hence he came. This is a total rip off. He wouldn’t even discuss the price hike and handed the phone back to my son. Do not trust Milton or this company. He refused to even take credit card for payment which he never stated that either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THEY ARE THIEVES AND TAKE ADVANTAGE. I have this conversation in all of the texts if anyone needs proof of what was said and not said.MILTON YOU ARE THE OWNER AND WHO I DEALT WITH REGARDING THE MOVE AND I SEE YOUR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW. YOU PRETEND YOU WANT TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT BUT THIS IS AFTER YOU TELEPHONED ME AND THREATENED TO SUE ME FOR SLANDER FOR POSTING A BAD REVIEW OF YOU AND YOUR COMPANY. I TOLD YOU TO SUE ME BECAUSE IT ISNT SLANDER FOR TELLING THE TRUTH. NOW YOU PRETEND AND WANT TO MAKE BELIEVE YOU WILL MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS. YOU ARE UNBELIEVABLE.
