I’ve been going here for close to three years now, and I can honestly say this place changed my life.I started at 40 years old having never worked out a day in my life. My diet was terrible, and I had decades of neglect working against me. Walking into a gym at that point felt like trying to fix 40 years of bad habits overnight.Fast forward to 43 and I’m in the best shape of my life. All the things you hear fitness people talk about that sound almost exaggerated? They’re real. My stress levels are way down, I sleep better, I have more energy, and a lot of the aches, pains, and inflammation I used to deal with daily have improved significantly. And that’s saying something, because being in my 40s, I’ve had my share of nagging issues and some unique physical limitations. What stood out to me is how professional and knowledgeable the trainers are here. They don’t just push workouts, they actually work with you. They’ve helped me train around injuries, adjust when something flares up, and still make consistent progress. That’s been a game changer. This place has also had a ripple effect on my family. My wife now works out here too, and it’s become something we both value. They’re very family-oriented there’s even a Saturday morning kids class that my son absolutely loves. This isn’t your typical $10–$50/month big box gym and it’s not trying to be. What you get here is coaching, accountability, and a team that genuinely cares.Without this gym and the group that Eric has built, I’m 95% sure I never would’ve gotten my health and fitness on track after decades of neglect. If you’re on the fence, especially starting later in life like I did this is the kind of place that can actually make it happen.
