From the very beginning, Alexis was incredibly knowledgeable and intentional. She walked me through the entire process, explained what my hair needed, and created a realistic wellness plan so I could maintain my results between visits.We cut about two inches off during the first appointment, and at the second visit we switched up the styling—adding more volume and curls. my hair looks and feels amazing. I’ve already noticed a real difference from the amino acid treatment. Amazing. I went in very doubtful andd walked out of the salon feeling so beautiful and confident. The service provided was customer based and considered MY NEEDS not my WALLET; and in this world that is an anomaly. I recieved a wash, a treatment, and a blow dry. I was also educated TREMENDOUSLY about my hair. I have been natural my whole life and still learned SOO much. I feel more confident now because I now have an expert stylist who I can go to and ask any questions about my hair annd get honest answers back. I met Alexis once and already trust her very much. She is very sweet and the salon has GREAT energy. LASTLY, that wash felt sooooooooooooo good. She went in and I was knocked out, mouth open and all. I can not wait till next Month for my next appointment. I am now joining the QF family 10/10.

Omg I love my hair so much! I never get silk presses because my hair only stays straight for a day or 2 but my hair is amazing! Alexis was so gentle and knowledgeable about my hair, I’ve gotten so many compliments and can’t wait visit her studio again. She’s super nice and extremely patient. I love that the salon is private so there aren’t any other people while you’re getting your hair done. The appointment started on time and the shampoo was AH-MA-ZING!! 10/10 experience. HANDS DOWN the best lace install I’ve EVER had. First off, the hair studio is so comfortable and cozy. Alexis offers water and snacks and full TV privileges so I was able to watch my show while getting my service. She’s also very kind and patient, being a first time client can be a little awkward, but she made me very welcome and comfortable. I really appreciated that. Now let’s get into this HAIR! Bayyyybeeeee. The melt, the lace customization, the bomb curls & layers AND the custom caramel color was done by her!!! She’s really a TALENTED stylist. Alexis took her time to make sure her work was perfect. I felt very valued as a client. It’s been a week since my appointment and I’m telling you, my hair STILLL looks like I just walked out the salon. She gave me great instructions on how to maintain the curls by myself with flexi rods. I am not that good at doing my own hair at all, but The cut and color is just so good that it’s easy to maintain on my own!!!! I’ve been getting compliments EVERYWHERE I go from EVERYONEEEE.I’m already thinking of all the styles I want her to do next. Lexis did a Bomb job & her personality is A1. I went for a lace wig install + color.The shop was very nice, cozy, & clean & the vibes were set. She made sure I was comfortable & you would think she was my bestfriend. She even had snacks available. I loved my hair and she def. had my lace melllteddd. She also sells her own products which I purchased the lace tape & remover & when I tell you the wig will NOT move.10/10 def recommend.

I got a lace closure install and the service was absolutely amazing! The salon is extremely relaxing and cozy, no extra people or loud talking.
