I've just gone through the initial Rental process with the company. I am very impressed with their professionalism. They were very clear and described everything that I needed to know in detail. They have also done a video recording so I can get a copy of that and look back on it to make certain that I remember everything correctly. So far this is an amazing company. I'm very pleased.
