Outstanding workmanship and service! We are getting close to completion with our remodel and are very happy with Cordova. There are hundreds of things that could go wrong on a remodel, but Michael and his team are able to see them early and head them off before they become an issue. That is experience and skill!

Due to circumstances out of our control, we had to find a new builder who was willing to take over our development already in progress. Michael at Cordova Builders was prompt for our initial visit to survey our property and current build. He was precise and friendly and eager to help as we were in quite a predicament! He offered a couple of options to allow us to find which contract would work best for us. We were super impressed with his attention to detail and how he was always looking out for our best interest!!! His crew were always very professional and detail oriented and impressively knowledgeable and talented! They never seemed annoyed that I was there everyday, not to be nosy, but to learn from their expertise. We are extremely happy with our build and wouldn’t hesitate to have Cordova Builders as our contractor in the future!!! It feels strange not to see them everyday, but I know I could call Michael anytime, any day and he wouldn’t hesitate to answer and show up even though they’ve completed their contract!
