I had my roof replaced on one of my rentals a few months ago. Beau and Kam went over the top to handle everything from insurance all the way to finish line. Very professional, accountable, and their quality of work was just what I expected. And, yes I have high expectations being in the real estate business forever. Lastly, I got a FaceTime call from Kam upon completion, and everything was neat and clean afterwards which really sat well with my OCD. Very responsive to messages, from ordering supplies to finishing the roof was quickly done and clean up was great. And for those that have flowerbeds and worried about damaging them they didn’t damage them
