Randy was amazing and helped to make a nightmare of a process with the tenants from hell smoother for me. He helped when and where he could and went above and beyond to ensure that the sale of my property worked out in my favor. Where do I start? I hired Randy Feb 2022 to sell my home. Since that time to mid Oct, not only did I have to invest in repairs to my home but had to re-invest in major repairs that were unexpected. Living a distance away while my home was on the market, Randy was SPECTACULAR!!!!! He went above and beyond to 1) ensure I did not have to travel the distance to address every repair, 2) did not have to travel for every meeting with contractors and insurance adjusters, 3) took care of the damage and cleaned up on his own, and most importantly 4) he reassured me and the buyer that everything was going to be okay. What has been an extremely stressful process for 9 months, I could not have survived this process without Randy. He was patient with everyone, and calm throughout and always told me "Don't worry, it's going to be okay". I am a believer in him and appreciate Randy and his team to the fullest. I would not want to go through this again but if I had to, there is no better realtor than Randolph Rogers.
