Absolutely loved my appointment at Joana Baum. She gave me a consult in a private room and sat me a chair near the back- which as a Muslim I appreciated. She even had time to squeeze me into her busy schedule for a cut the same day. the ladies were kind and the shampooing felt luxurious؛ the cut has my hair looking healthy and thicker with my thin ends gone

Johana is the hair whisperer. I went to her for a color correction and immediately felt at ease. She works through your hair type, color options, and goals. In addtion, I LOVE her business model. She is the primary deciding color, cuts, etc. but she is training her staff to take on the other roles that keep the process going and they are doing a fantastic job. I love being in her salon and watching the growth and empowerment she provides her staff. It is a wonderful salon and I have never walked out disappointed. Truly my favorite I have ever come across - we are blessed to have her in Stafford.

After getting highlights at a different salon where my color was completely botched, completely embarrassed by my hair, I walked into Johana Baum Suite Salon for color correction. I was very impressed at how welcoming the ladies were and how sympathetic they were to my situation. I was taken care of right away.
