We had such a wonderful experience at Johana Baum Suite Salon! Johana did an amazing job color correcting my daughter’s hair, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We went to another salon the week prior and the color was nothing like what my daughter wanted. Johana took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, was knowledgeable and professional, and truly worked her magic. U usually don’t like getting my hair done at salons because im more often then not unsatisfied, but Johana Baum Suite Salon has just changed my mind. They were all so perfessional. I came in with some red hair that I had dyed myself and they sat me down, gave me a solid complete consult, let me know that I would have to lift my hair color for at least 45 min, shower me how a strand looked with the whole thing and then showed me how it would look with just one color over, then let me make a decision. I was presented with options, was offered consistent hospitality, and they treated my hair very nicely. There was a girl beside me who went blonde and I just looked over and thought oh my god her hair looks amazing. Everyone who works here is very talented and professional, this is definitely a place I’ll recommend to more people.

Today is my 36th wedding anniversary! I've had a cast on my hand and wrist all summer. I stopped in Johana's Salon in order to look pretty for this special day!! I asked her to highlight and low-light and trim my hair. I did a "walk-in " and she fit me in!She made my hair look so beautiful!! I love it!I left knowing I would celebrate our long lasting love.God led me to a salon with a good review. Now I'm returning the favor to someone else. I got my hair done by Johana & her amazing team and I am SO beyond happy with my results! I moved here this year from Texas and after seeing the same hairstylist for 10+ years I was hesitant to try someone new. I am also pregnant with my first baby, so I am hesitant about using certain products in general. 🤰Johana did an amazing job on my highlights, and she made me feel like my blonde self again!! 👱‍♀️👱‍♀️👱‍♀️ She also assured me that the products’ ingredients are ammonia free, and her technique is pregnancy safe. She and her team took their time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment and that each strand of hair was perfect and seamless. She used the “air touch method,” which is a healthier style of highlighting hair and doesn’t require as much maintenance as typical highlights. I have looked around for hairstylists who use this method, but it’s such a new technique and is usually very expensive to have done at most salons. This salon was very fairly priced for the amazing service I got! I have already booked my next appointment, and I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants quality highlights!! 🩷🩷

Absolutely loved my appointment at Joana Baum. She gave me a consult in a private room and sat me a chair near the back- which as a Muslim I appreciated. She even had time to squeeze me into her busy schedule for a cut the same day. the ladies were kind and the shampooing felt luxurious؛ the cut has my hair looking healthy and thicker with my thin ends gone

Johana is the hair whisperer. I went to her for a color correction and immediately felt at ease. She works through your hair type, color options, and goals. In addtion, I LOVE her business model. She is the primary deciding color, cuts, etc. but she is training her staff to take on the other roles that keep the process going and they are doing a fantastic job. I love being in her salon and watching the growth and empowerment she provides her staff. It is a wonderful salon and I have never walked out disappointed. Truly my favorite I have ever come across - we are blessed to have her in Stafford.
