Once they were done, they came over, took a portion of my fence down, cut the limbs of the oak tree and had my fence put right back up. It was just that simple. It only took about an hour and a half. They were able to fit us into their super busy schedule. We had a big thick branch with smaller ones hanging over part of our dwelling. I asked and was told that "lift the canopy" would let the workers know to get all the branches of my roof.They gave me a price and date... Higher price than I paid last time I had the trees done, but times have changed... When they came out a few weeks later I was at work and they did what was on the order, called me and sent pictures showing the work. I admit, I was just happy to have the work done agreed it was done and paid over the phone. When I got home I noticed my neighbor's tree branch was still touching my house. None of the pictures showed that corner up close.To their credit I called and they did say they would "work me in" with in the next few weeks to get the branch off. Week and a half later, my neighbor happened to get the same tree trimmed and the branch was removed.I'm not mad with the company and I wouldn't bad mouth their company or service. They were very polite throughout the process and at seemed like they weren't going to leave me hanging. It wasn't the best experience, but it could have been a lot worse. Just because of the customer service I will try them again next time, but I will be making sure that what's on their paperwork sounds like what I want done. Less

They would not finish grinding the stump until the mulch they left behind was removed… When you’re paying close to $7,000 for one tree, you would expect the whole job to be complete and included in the fee…. This was after their stump grinder broke down for close to two hours. The men cutting the tree and doing the work were amazing and the remaining man who was left to grind the stump was also great. When he left he assured me they would come back and finish the job because this big of a tree was usually a two session scenario. Unfortunately you cannot trust this company on their word because I called them back to finish grinding the stump and now they expect me to pay $450 for them to haul off the mulch, just for them to finish the job I already paid for. The management of this company is giving the workers a bad name and it’s unfortunate because I’m sure the men doing the actual work can be trusted in their word. The only thing I can say they did well was complete the job without damage to my home, and have god men doing the actual work. Less

I hired Eagerton tree srvs on 8-30-2022 to remove a tree from my back yard. They removed the tree with very good stills. I have no problem with that work. My problem is that they used there 80,000 pd crane in my 60 year old driveway and when they went to drive out. It rolled off the drive onto a wet front yard and cracked the driveway into 4 pieces. I HAD cider blocks marked out for a fence gate the tree drove them flush with the ground. I spent many days marking out my property with pvc pipe for future use they could have told me they were going to remove them for their equipment I did not know they were going to use. If I paid for all tree parts to be removed why do I have my barrels filled with tree branches waiting for the city to pick up and not all of them I am still raking them up and they left a pile on property I do not even own. Other than this they did good. On a good note my trees are gone and I do not have to cut anything. So this was Monday on Tuesday Mr. Lucas came out and fixed all the holes by filling with new dirt and did an overview of raking plus hauled away the barrels of branches. A big plus is taking note of the communication failure that happened so it is less likely to happen in the future. Thanks Eagerton for fixing the problem. Less

They came out and gave me an estimate for the removal and clean up of the portion along with taking the tree down. I waited the two weeks for them to arrive the morning to do the work. When they did, they suddenly decided they couldn’t take the tree down because of how wet the ground was which is understandable but, they underestimated the job and wanted to renegotiate the price. The price was contingent upon all the work being done at the same time. Since I hadn’t had access to my backyard for 3 weeks because the part that came down was literally blocking my back door I went ahead and had them remove the fallen portion. We’ll that was some shoddy work. They took my fence down and put it back up wrong and now I’m unable to close my gate, they threw water bottles all over my yard and just left them there, they didn’t put plywood down and chewed my yard all to pieces and they even left 2 limbs that had gone straight into the ground sticking up out of the ground. To top it off, I asked them if they could leave me a few pieces for my fire pit and they giant size logs I can’t even pick up. So now I’m back at square one trying to figure out how to get my tree down. Less

Their experience really showed as they carefully maneuvered between homes to skillfully remove and trim very large trees. After 30 min of them standing around talking, one finally came and knocked on the door and told me that they wouldn’t be able to cut anything because they don’t own a lift (🤨) and they recommend going with another company bc they underestimated the complexity of the job. I was livid.Then, these guys came recommended by my dad who had run into them on another job site and told them everything that happened with tree service A and how I had been screwed over 3 times now. Pat came to my house that very same day and gave me an excellent quote that was even better than tree company A’s. He was easy to talk to and I told him exactly what I wanted and he said “no problem. We definitely own lifts.” He was very reassuring and I felt confident that these guys actually knew what they were doing. They called me when they were on the way, talked to me before doing any work, took my patio lights down before they cut and hung them back up for me, blew off the roof, and cleaned up every bit of mess they made. Daniel even called me outside several times to make sure that I was happy with how it was looking and that there wasn’t anything they missed. We cannot recommend a better crew, professional and efficient, for all your tree removal needs! They also gave us the best estimate of 5 big companies. As we moved to our most recent project with concrete in that cleared area, one of the big tree stumps wasn’t ground down quite enough and when we contacted Eagerton again, they didn’t hesitate to come back out and re-grind that stump again deeper as needed. I had Patrick come out to give an estimate to have 1 dying tree removed from our front yard. While he was here, I told him that depending on how this job went that I might want them for future maintenance.I explained what I would want in the future...this included the removal of additional large oak 2 medium red maples and canopy lifting and thinning through the middle of 3 large mature Laurel Oaks. I was very clear what I was wanting done, as I used my neighbors trees as an example of what I wanted. Patrick assured me that he understood what I wanted and that he would make sure I was taken care of and that if we were flexible to scheduling that he could get me the best price. And he delivered on the proposal, easily a $5000 job he bid at $3000. So I agreed to hire them. First off, DO NOT let these guys prune, trim, or do anything in your mature trees! They ABSOLUTELY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Huge mistake that cannot be undone to which we are considering legal action for the permanent damage to the trees. Not to mention the additional property damage they caused to the driveway, concrete parking pad, and both my yard and my neighbors yard. Jake, the foreman or owner or whatever he is, is an absolute MORON! He has zero customer service skills, and apparently knows nothing about tree trimming or beautification. My free advice is to move on to the next tree service company it’s not worth your time money aggravation or disappointment! The last pic shows my neighbors trees as comparison. Less
