I have been dealing with knee pain for going on 4 years. It was not an “injury”, and I saw multiple PTs and specialists trying to get to the root cause. Some of their solutions would help a little, most not at all…but I knew none of them were addressing the actual cause. A friend referred TC at Trilogy and as soon as I saw his social and the methods they were using I knew it was the kind of place I’d been looking for. I started there and was also 26 weeks pregnant…but we were able to make the first tangible and significant progress I’ve had! He quickly identified the actual cause of my pain and I instantly knew he was right, it all clicked. Best part is, his adjustments and supportive functional work have made this my most comfortable pregnancy yet! I’m currently almost 38 weeks with no pelvic pain and no waddle. This is my 4th and by now I’m usually pretty uncomfortable. It was an investment to work with Trilogy but it was well worth every cent! When I first came to Trilogy back in mid-April I was suffering from a terrible case of costochondritis. I couldn’t lay down, type at a computer, pick up my children, or even breath without an immense amount of pain. I had been working on fixing the issue but couldn’t get to the root of the problem. After my consult with Dr. TC he recommended a 15 session program and we got to work. I started going twice a week and received a plethora of different treatments. My sessions would start out with deep tissue/soft tissue work and stretching and then move into chiropractic work. We would then use the rest of the time to workout with specific drills for my injury. I’d then get in the cold plunge which has helped immensely! Everything has helped me minimize the pain and strengthen my body. I’m back to working out and enjoying life and I have trilogy to thank for it!

I have had back pain issues and been going to chiropractors since 2018. All of them were covered by insurance so I thought it was the best treatment option. My back pain was manageable but still there and would flare up frequently. I bounced around from at least 5 different chiropractors in town. Then I lost 85 pounds in 1 year. Everyone congratulated me, I looked amazing… but I didn’t feel it. Not only did my back pain get significantly worse but I also had a year of other health issues that lead to a diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction. The worse feeling was when I started going to physical therapy and I was the only non-pregnant, young person in the waiting room. Again, all covered by insurance. I have spent not hundreds, but thousands… yes multiple thousands of dollars trying to fix my problems. From co-pays to tens units to icy-hot patches to workout apps to at home equipment. None of it fixed the problem completely… everything was very temporary.Then I started seeing Dr. TC and Dr. Daria. At this point I had gained part of the weight back in pure defeat of not knowing what to do. I have been going to Trilogy for a little over 4 months now. WOW! What a difference it has made. I could tell immediately that the way they treat patients is special. I get an hour long session every time I go. All of the information is super helpful. I know what muscles are weak and need to be strengthened. How my posture is negatively affecting areas of my body. What exercises I was doing incorrectly (HUGE helper btw) In 4 months, my pelvic floor dysfunction has been fixed!! I could not believe it. I felt amazing. Today, I looked in the mirror and realized that I’m loosing weight again and it’s being done in the RIGHT way! I’m getting toned and my back pain is not only manageable, all of the tingling issues and lifting issues I had… they are FIXED!! I feel stronger and more confident than I have in a long long time! There’s a catch though…. Trilogy’s services are not covered by insurance. If there’s one piece of advice I give through my experiences with all of this, it’s that your health and your body is worth it. IT’S WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY! Invest in their services and knowledge. I wish I would have done this back in 2018. I would have saved at least $5k. Probably more. Plus adding the security of knowing I’m losing weight the right way now. In my opinion, there’s no better chiropractor or physical therapist in town!

Had a preexisting lower disc issue that I was just chasing pain through stretching, TC was recommended to me through F45 goers. The abundance of knowledge and functional movement/fluidity that I have now gained through his program is critical to my continued healing. At a time in desperate need of help Dr TC and his wife Daria suggested I come into their office to fix my back. My back was getting worse the more physical activity I did. The last time I could barely tie my own shoes. Dr TC helped with my pain after the first session and just continued to heal quickly with his table work and extensive help in the gym section of their office. He showed me how to stretch and the do’s and dont’s when I go to the gym. Instead of telling me to rest he guided me on how to ease back into my regular gym workouts. Dr. TC is amazing! Ever since high school I had been seeing a chiropractor regularly for quick fixes. It was always instant relief that would get me through until the next visit. TC helped me SO much. I was continuously, struggling with pain, shooting down my hamstrings, where it even became uncomfortable to sit or sleep. TC was able to centralize where the pain was coming from and continuously worked with me to strengthen different muscle groups while learning how to protect my lower back in movements I enjoy doing on a day-to-day basis in the gym. Best Chiropractor I’ve ever been to! Service was above and beyond. He spent more time with me than any other chiropractor. After only one session, my pain moved from my upper back/shoulders down to my mid back. He showed me exercises to do at home to help and after a week I felt 50% better! TC is extremely knowledgeable. He educated me on the source of my pain and what to do to fix it. I highly recommend him to everyone, especially people who have not been able to figure out why they are still in pain after trying multiple different treatment options.
