Great company, fantastic work! I thought I had minor roof damage from 60+ mph winds in this year's blizzard. Derek from EE took clear pictures of damaged areas. It was a lot worse than wind damage--a raccoon had torn up sections of the roof and had nearly made an entrance to attic crawlspace. It also ripped the sheathing around a sewer vent, exposing the crawlspace to rain and snow.This guy knows roofing! He was able to positively identify and show me the route the raccoon had taken to gain access to the roof. His work was top-notch, as evidenced by the closeup photos of the repair. I can't recommend Elegant Exteriors enough.Well worth the very reasonable and fully explained expense!

We had our roof and gutters replaced by Elegant Exteriors almost 2 years ago. We had a few estimates but after speaking with Ryan we felt comfortable choosing them,and we're so very glad we did. From start to finish the entire team did a wonderful job! The installers were professional and courteous. The clean up was exceptional. The gutters installer did a fantastic job as well. We couldn't be more pleased with the final results. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

More than three years later, I can confidently say that choosing them was one of the best home improvement decisions I’ve made.From the very beginning, the process was professional, informative, and completely pressure-free. Ryan Stillwell, the owner, was the first person to visit my home, and he did an outstanding job explaining every available roofing option. He took the time to walk me through the materials, benefits, and long-term considerations so I could make an informed decision. What really impressed me was that he brought samples of all the GAF roofing components with him, allowing me to see and feel the actual products that would be installed on my home. His recommendation was thoughtful and based on what would work best for my house, not on pushing the most expensive option. At no point did I feel any sales pressure—just honest guidance and professionalism.The installation took place in December 2022, and the crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. Before beginning the work, they carefully laid tarps around the entire house to protect the landscaping and hardscape areas. It was clear they respected the property and took precautions to prevent any damage during the installation process.The roofing crew worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. When the job was completed, they performed a thorough cleanup of the entire area. One thing that stood out was their use of magnetic tools to collect stray nails around the property—an extra step that demonstrated their commitment to safety and quality workmanship.Because Elegant Exteriors is a GAF Master Elite contractor, they were able to offer the GAF Silver Pledge Warranty, which provided significant peace of mind. This warranty includes 50 years of non-prorated material coverage, 10 years of workmanship protection against installation errors, and also covers tear-off and disposal costs if warranty service is ever required. Knowing that both the materials and installation are strongly backed added an extra layer of confidence in the investment.Now, more than three years later, the roof still looks great and performs perfectly. It’s clear the installation was done the right way. We had a great experience with Elegant Exteriors replacing our skylight. Once we noticed a leak coming from the skylight, we gave them a call, and the owner, Ryan, came out promptly to inspect the issue. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and what needed to be done, which really put us at ease.Elegant Exteriors was able to get us on the schedule very quickly, and our skylight was completely replaced within two weeks. The crew was amazing—Matt, the project manager, made sure everything was done correctly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. They also did an excellent job cleaning up once the work was finished.Matt even walked us through how to operate the solar panels on the new skylight, which we really appreciated. Overall, the entire process was smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend Elegant Exteriors for any home exterior needs.
