We were doing Reno’s and very stressed out and overwhelmed with all the decision making but Usman came to our first meeting with samples and was prepared with just the right amount of options to not overwhelm us. He was patient, answered all our questions at any time of the day and just made the experience so nice. The install team was quick and amazing to work with on site, everyone on the team was very professional and polite. I recently had the Silkway Floor team install quality laminate flooring with underlay and leveling in my 1 bed, 1 den, and living room condo in Vancouver, and they absolutely saved the day. Although they had originally quoted my project weeks earlier, I initially went with a freelancer and friend instead. That turned out to be a mistake. I quickly called back the Silkway team, apologizing and requesting a rush job. They came back the same day to assess the situation and re-quoted based on the mess left by the previous contractor. I wish I had chosen them from the start, and I highly recommend you do. The home visits were incredibly helpful as I could view samples in my own lighting. I also visited their showroom in Surrey to see a wider selection and ensure I was happy with my final choice. The team was fantastic. Usman, the Sales Rep, and Wali and Omar, the installers, were professional throughout. I felt completely comfortable giving them my condo and building keys while I was out each day. They cleaned up thoroughly, leaving only a bit of dust for me to mop. Excellent service from start to finish. Less
