Had deep cleaning done before a party. Overall, it was a pretty good clean!The cleaners were friendly and diligent, but finished a >2,000 sq ft. house in under 4 hours and after further inspection, that showed a bit. Found missed crumbs on the floor and counters. Not horrible and it was nice to not have to clean (much) ourselves, but for the price and description, wish it had been a bit more thorough. Will say the communication and scheduling was easy and thorough! Update: they offered to come back and fix what was mixed as part of their satisfaction guarantee which was very kind and appreciated!!

My mom is in the hospital and I live over an hour away & work full time. I wanted to help my parents and my husband & I decided to gift a house cleaning to make one thing a little easier and nicer when mom came home. We found Best Value Clean online and they were EXCELLENT every step of the way. They worked within the time frame and helped so much. When Alice came to clean she was so nice and definitely went the extra mile. My parents have never experienced this & were blown away. I know you likely know this but your team that was here was is AMAZING. I am in AWE. Looking at a clean house from them and a clean house from the company i was previously using is like night and day.We have little ones and I didn’t tell Kaylee or Casey (I hope I am spelling their names correctly and if not, I’m so sorry!) where their frequent messy spots were. I came upstairs when they finished and all of the orange fingerprints are GONE. They’re at daycare today and for about 5 hours, I can pretend our house is always this clean.I’m looking forward to the next time they come already!

I mean these ladies came to clean! They had all the right equipment, they worked hard (I could hear the scrubbing) and the end result was great! We felt the cost was really reasonable. They're coming back again, for sure. They were nice, friendly young ladies and we enjoyed the Best Value Cleaning Experience.
