He was honest, educational, and has not only given me peace of mind but also the knowledge of when I should (and shouldn't) be concerned. I would be horrified if I actually had a pipe burst or similar issue, but at least I would have the reassurance that I know now exactly who I would want to hire.

Major water damage from a leak in my upstairs utility room. I didn't know who to call or exactly what to do. I called OX Head Restoration after noting their 31 five star reviews. Greg was professional and understood i knew nothing about water damage repairs dry outs and insurance issues or any home damage. This was not my forte. He patiently walked me thru the process answered my questions patiently even though there were.times he had already answered those same questions. He made sure I understood the many things I asked. He was so patient, thorough, and pleasant. He told me he was available if I needed him and Greg was true to his word as he was always available when i need to talk w him. . I appreciate his knowlege of insurance and suggestions he made to make my life easier..as an additional challenge I have asthma and an auto immune disease. Not only did he contain the areas he was working on ×with some sort of thick plastic material but he also put a hepa filter in the house to prevent anything from getting out. I was hardley sleeping from the dehumidifier noise and carpet being dried out. My asthma was getting out of control I was coughing almost non stop at night in this environment Greg suggested that I discuss my health issues with my insurance ask if they would put me in a hotel during the drying and reconstruction phase renovation for my serious health reasons etc. I would not even have thought about this. I just dreaded being in the home re noise of dehumidifiers for days and loud fans blowing .. with his encouragement I approached my adjuster and was out of there and in a nice hotel the same day as a note..when I called Gregs company they were in my home w their machine in warp speed. All interactions,communication back and forth left me with confidence and reassurance they were the experts I wanted in my home and helping me in a toug emergent situation. They even helped get a company to my house to pack and store.things. Ox Restoration made my project come together w as little as possible of my intervention but they were always willing to and help mè. I felt secure in knowing they weren taking care of me and taking care of my home.. At home I was pretty grumpy the first couple.of days and I was just fatigued into exhaustion.and that later turned into appreciation of Greg and his crew. The end result was a clean and dry professional hassle free job w a great company that was wonderderful to work with! Thank you Greg and crew. As far as the price.. i let my insurance deal with that...you would not be dissappointed working w this awesome company and given an emergent situation ...very pleased you chose them.SincerelyVickie Atherton RN

They came out, removed the mold from drywall, sealed the closet with plastic and tape, and removed the mold within 3 days. Wish they did drywall work…lol. They did a terrific job. Thank you!
