Logan took our Semi in for repair. He was a last minute resort and after seeing reviews we assumed he could be trusted! Forest he requested to be paid in full upfront before he started. Though we are aware that this is never a good idea we did it anyway. This was followed by excuses, many excuses, he ordered the parts from Bruckners and they sent the wrong parts, then there was a death in the family in which we was very understanding about so now a Semi that was to be fixed in less then a week is going on 3 weeks. I contacted him again and he said he was just waiting on parts to come in again! Being a regular customer of Bruckners and having an account, I decided to call and check if posted were ever ordered since party are ordered by VIN it shows in the system. No parts were ever ordered! So I call Logan back and then was told another story. He forgot he had ordered them somewhere else. Still trying to be patient I asked when he expected the parts. He responded tomorrow I said well if not I’ll put them in our account and get them immediately at Bruckners. Suddenly the parts appeared. I called back Thursday and he said it’ll be ready Thursday night! I sent my driver down at company expense and all we got was more excuses. After 2 days of my driver sitting for two days and more excuses, my driver drove out in the pouring rain put the truck back together and is bringing it to our shop because nothing on it was fixed as agreed. What a headache. Jacked us around on parts and never fixed the truck. Paid him up front for everything. Truck has been there a month and the mechanic didn't know that bruckners sold volvo parts. Lie after lie. Wouldn't recommend for working on a big trucks.... More

This guy is a hidden jewel, great work and fast! I had my water pump broken and got it fixed fast! Got me on the road!
