We initially hired Dawson and Grey to confirm location of our septic system prior to leveling out our backyard. It was not where the map provided by the builder’s septic installer indicated! Additionally, the builder had covered tree stumps with sod and the lumpy yard was not usable. Dawson and Grey removed two trees to create a safe road for trucks. They removed 7 buried tree stumps, brought in and spread 35 loads of dirt and then Harley raked it so we could get it seeded! This was all done ON TIME and IN BUDGET! These guys are honest and deliver! Their knowledge base is amazing! They EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!

Had a great experience with Upstate Septic Pros. They showed up when they said they would, got straight to work, and knew exactly what they were doing. They took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. Can't say enough good things about this team - Cameron, Andrew, Alex, Dawson, Travis and a couple of others that I didn't meet directly. Got our system pumped and working beautifully and installed a riser to make it easier and less disruptive in the future. Above all they focused on making sure everything was taken care of and working well before leaving. Cleaned everything up before heading out both times. Reasonable prices, very fast and prompt service. Highly recommended.

Boy, These Guys are good. Septic stopped during the day. Called these folks. Out The next day. Analyst the problem. Experience indicated what the probably was. Opened the tank. Yep, that was the problem. Undid the plug, Pumped out tank, reviewed all else was working okay, closed and cleanup and was out of here in an hour. Very Impressive! Thanks!

I spoke to Cameron on the phone, he was very helpful and polite. He kept me updated on everything and explained what they would be doing! Andrew came out to the house, pumped the tank and was very helpful. He answered any questions my husband had. It was less then what we were originally quoted at. I highly recommend using them. They are affordable and very polite and friendly.
