we hired Luis to Repair a couple tiles that were cracked and install a bathroom fan. Once repair started we found that the work previously was not done correctl. We could of continued with what we originally asked for or replace it all, which is what we did. During that time frame our house ended up getting covid. Luis absolutely could of left the bathroom incomplete to protect his health but he didn't. He finished the work and even patched up a screen in my attic i was unaware of. Luis hired a sub contractor for the electrical work and I was relieved that i didnt have to handle two bills or speak with the electricia. Luis scheduled it and paid for it . The cost ended up being more than the original quote he quoted me and he was willing to honor the quote and take the pay cut on his end. I will absolutely hire luis again in fact I showed him other jobs that I have that are not presssing but when he gets spare time to call me because I will always have work for him. Great Honest Guy.

I was so impressed with his initial estimate. He sent me a very detailed and thorough estimate and even went into the crawl space to inspect for suspected water damage that I was concerned about. He listened well and worked with me to keep the costs down. Even though I decided to go with another contractor for the work I would trust Luiz to get the job done. I would consider him for future work.
