I wrote another review on the 26th of October 2020!Its now April 2026 and I've continued to at least have each of the new staff over the years! I wanted to do another as a bit of an update.I've been a regular client between both reviews, which is over 6 years, and I can tell you my life would not be the same without this clinic. If I miss an appointment, the difference in my quality of life is immeasurable.I stand by everything I said in my original review and more.This business has just gone from strength to strength and, I have to say, I hesitated using that term "business", as its so sterile, as I've never encountered such a cohesive family type environment between colleagues before, and to me that's a testament to the owners and management. There is a lot of happy staff here, and that is felt by their clients. I love the engagement they have on their whiteboard around certain holidays!All of the new staff certainly meet the standards I felt have been set by the other staff over the years and will consistently listen to your preferences and complaints. Any time I have someone new they are always demonstrative in that they have read my notes and ask about anything else that might be concerning you.Special mention to Gemma as usual, though I fear I don't want to make her busier for my own selfishness <3 My life wouldn't be the same without her honestly <3 Not only does she have magic hands, she is a wonderfully intuitive, insightful person who I am grateful to have met.Thanks inspired! Here is to hopefully many more years!

I’ve been coming here for a few months now ( my wife was a client recently too).Thoroughly recommend this place - Sam at the front desk is friendly, helpful & professional. My Chiropractor is Aaron - great guy & very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my upper back/ shoulder - after a couple of visits along with some home exercises that he gave me my issues have been resolved. I now go once a month for a sports massage / realignment. Thank you Aaron.

I went to Inspired Health with outside of knee problems with the left leg being a major problem as couldn't bend it . I was getting hamstring and quad pain also . I'd had plenty of advice from different people regarding what to do , but nothing seemed to work . I play walking football for Chelmsford City and thought maybe as a 60 year old man it was time to hang my boots up ☹️.So I saw the ad on Instagram about the free assessment, which i took up . ( so glad I did ).I was seen by Michela , who after checking me over , explained to me in detail exactly what the problem was ( IT BAND ),and how it was effecting all the surrounding muscles etc .I have been attending twice a week and with Michela's help, knowledge and expertise i am back playing football already , so I would like to say a big thank you to her 💪🏐. Michela is a credit to Inspired Health and to her profession. The whole team are fantastic and easily approachable for advice and treatment.

I have been going to inspired health for over 5 years for massage and a click and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My body has become so well adjusted over the years and I am much happier that I have less aches and pains. Before I struggled to even put socks on in the morning. Now I have minimal back issues and can do the simplest of tasks with more flexibility.

Where to start, began my journey with inspired about two years ago and I cannot recommend this company more...accommodating, friendly and show great attention to detail. I was recommended IH by a friend as I was struggling with my bad as I am a tradesman.I had an initial consultation with was very focused onto my outcomes. I was recommended a 15 session program at the outset I was not sure it was working tge first 5-6 sessions I was worried things were getting worse. At one point I thought about stopping but was reassured that it was part of the process. I stuck with it a glad I did, fast forward 2 months my back is so much better. I xan now manage my symptoms. They have given me daily skill to managing my problem. I feel I’m the classic no gain without pain.No pressure to book up more sessions plenty of flexibility in payment terms and can go as often or as little as you want. Always worked around my working day.Having spoken to fellow patients in the waiting room I have noticed some patients travel to great distances to see IH. For me that says it all. Plus a long list of people who recommend IH on reception desk to too say all you need to know.I have taken a break from treatment but that’s only due to personal financial reasons. But IH will be my back partner for life.

Since my first interaction with inspired health, I have been treated so nicely. Everything is always well explained and they do everything possible to suit my diary and lifestyle. My main practitioner David has done a great job helping me with an old injury and keeping the rest of me in working order, and when I’ve seen the rest of the team they are all super friendly, give excellent treatment and make sure I am comfortable at all times. I always leave the practice feeling better and well cared for, and I’m always looking forward to my next appointment. If I do ever injure myself between appointments they always try their best to get me seen - thank you to the whole team!

After a traumatic ankle injury where I broke part of my lower tibia and needed two pins inserted, I was facing a long and uncertain recovery. For the first six weeks I couldn’t bear any weight, but Josh got me working on safe, non-weight-bearing exercises early, which made a huge difference to my recovery. He created personalised rehab plans, pushed me when I needed it, and supported me the whole way through. He was always open to questions and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in what we were doing. I was preparing for a very physically demanding interview requiring strength, endurance, agility, and prolonged standing. Thanks to Josh’s expertise and support, I was fully mobile in just 13 weeks. I got the dream job and couldn’t have done it without Josh. I’ll forever be grateful for his role in my recovery and continued support. I have been a patient of Gemma's for a number of years now and cannot recommend the team at Inspired Health enough.Recently I suffered with a herniated disc and from my first appointment, everything was explained clearly which put me at ease.
