I’m sure they are great at detailing, as the other reviews suggest. However, I had an expensive ceramic coating applied, and each panel of my car has high spots (shadows) left from the compound not being properly applied and removed. There was also a lot of residue left on my back window. Ceramic coatings require a patient hand and precise attention to detail. I would not go with Klēn for your ceramic coating needs at this time.It was not all bad, the owner was prompt to answer my text, and communicate delays in my appointment. I sent these pictures to them and they offered to fix it in another week. I appreciate the gesture. Unfortunately, it's something I needed done asap before this weekend and not sure I trust them to buff out and repair. Scared to give them my car again at this point.Brand new car… Blotchy mess.Edit: Increased to 3 stars for the recent review follow up. Some days in business miss the mark. Lord knows it’s hard. I was able to buff it out with a DA and mild polish, retaining most of the ceramic coating. ✌️
