I’m sure they are great at detailing, as the other reviews suggest. However, I had an expensive ceramic coating applied, and each panel of my car has high spots (shadows) left from the compound not being properly applied and removed. There was also a lot of residue left on my back window. Ceramic coatings require a patient hand and precise attention to detail. I would not go with Klēn for your ceramic coating needs at this time.It was not all bad, the owner was prompt to answer my text, and communicate delays in my appointment. I sent these pictures to them and they offered to fix it in another week. I appreciate the gesture. Unfortunately, it's something I needed done asap before this weekend, so I did the repairs myself.Not counting them out, but maybe just for a detail and cleaning next time.

This business actually deserves no stars. Koen did a horrible job. His excuse was he ran out of time. He spent 2 1/2 hours and didn't have the correct attachments apparently to even vacuum well. He left with $275 and did not wax the car or shampoo the carpets, etc. that the special was for. I had to call him back to redo what little that he did do. He gave me excuse after excuse for the horrible job. **Now I understand Kevin how you have so many good reviews. this is how you dismiss them. I will provide the texts and pictures of your invoices and charge from my checking account to prove this to google. And also the zelle credit Koen gave me. However the amount he credited me is not enough for how badly I have been treated. You will not respond to my phone calls or texts. ** Its's not a receipt. It is off my mobile bank checking.... Nothing that is personal that is not already on your website and I did not include my checking account number on the photos. Its funny you will not return my calls but you will respond to this... GOOGLE WILL BE PROVIDED EVERYTHING. Enough going back and forth. Just call me or answer my texts. This could have been handled correctly.

Ben was great and very meticulous with my 23 X3. It looks practically brand new. Got all the stickiness out the middle console and made the plastic black again outside. Also did the engine area nicely as well. Very glad I came across him on Instagram.
