My partner and I found out about Jill through a friend. Our son had an ingrown toenail that had been infected for over four months. The doctors did nothing except prescribe multiple courses of antibiotics and refer our son to a specialist at the hospital. The antibiotics were really upsetting his tummy and as we had waited over a month for the urgent referral appointment to come through with no response, we decided to get intervention ourselves. Jill advised us to bring him in and she would see what she could do. Our son is severely autistic, nonverbal and has a learning disability and is extremely anxious in medical environments. Jill was incredibly calm and patient with him and did the procedure within seconds. Her team are amazing as well, getting back to us the same day with replies to any queries we had. We cannot recommend Jill enough, we would 100% recommend!
