I have never seen someone who loves and cares about dogs as much as Julian. My GSD has anxiety and is doing horribly with other groomers. Julian was very patient with her made her very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend the service!

I highly recommend Zen Mobile Grooming! My poodle Charlie is 18.5 years old and has always been an anxious puppy. He hates getting groomed and has gotten more difficult as he grew older. His regular groomer retired and the groomer we've used recently (high end grooming salon in Shadyside) dropped him due to his anxiety and advanced age. So it was a welcomed relief for Justine and Julian to come to my place and groom Charlie. Justine is the expert groomer of the two and was so patient and gentle with Charlie. Took as many breaks as he needed and my pooch has never looked better. We never felt rushed and for the grooming to occur in a setting that Charlie is most familiar and comfortable - our home - was a blessing. Zen Grooming will be our go to groomer from now on. Give them a call, you will not regret it. Can't recommend them enough!

I would give a 10-Star Rating if I could.My 7-month old mini golden doodle has never been groomed and I was very anxious; I wanted to set a positive experience for her, as we are looking at years of quarterly grooming session, going forward.Justine and Julian and Zen Mobile Grooming were amazing. They set up everything they needed to groom my puppy in my home then proceeded to charm and delight her with their Zen magic!She was cooperative and willing, and I owe it all to Justine and Julian.Justine worked her soothing magic with soft music playing and gentle words of encouragement that had Pumpkin, my puppy, mesmorized. Julian won her over the minute I opened my front door........and she looked all over the house for them, after they left.Zen Mobile Grooming broungt everything they needed, set up and took down, when completed...I never would have known they were here, if I hadn't seen them myself.They provided my puppy and me with peace of mind and the confidence that future grooming session will be stress free.No hassle, no chaos, no scary environments, my puppy's 1st experience was so positive she didn't want them to leave.Forget about free standing grooming businesses. We had the BEST experience with Zen Mobile Grooming for our dog, Mia! From start to finish, everything was professional, convenient, and completely stress-free. Having Mia groomed right at our home made such a difference — she was so much more relaxed, and the whole process was easy for us.They were incredibly kind, patient, and clearly very experienced. Mia came back looking absolutely beautiful — her coat was soft, perfectly trimmed, and she smelled amazing. Had a great experience! My dog is a senior dog and they were very gentle and mindful of him and his needs. They brought calming music, and since my dog has a TON of hair they were adamant in making sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly after. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

I was so impressed with Justine & Julian from start to finish. Justine treated My peekapoo, Milo, so gently & he was so calm throughout the entire grooming. I’m so happy with the results also. He looks so handsome. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend!
