So happy with Zen Mobile Grooming! Julian and Justine were good communicators and listened/paid attention to all of our senior’s needs. Annie was a hot mess and looked like a million bucks afterwards! Highly recommend if you’ve got a pooch with some special needs.

This was perfect for my nervous doggie who has a hard time sitting at the groomer in a crate all day. Justine and Julian are lovely and took great care of my dog! 10/10 recommend!

Zen Mobile Grooming was great. I have a 10-year-old Aussie who started showing stress during grooming as her fur got matted and I couldn't stay on top of it. I'd previously groomed her myself because she's reactive and not great with strangers, but knew it was time for outside help.Justine and Julian set up an initial meet-and-greet so they could meet her and get the full picture from me — that made me confident we were all on the same team. At the grooming appointment, Justine prioritized smartly (clipping before bathing, focusing on the areas that would make the most difference) to keep stress minimal, and took her time pausing, letting my dog adjust, and showing her the tools so there were no surprises.I'm incredibly happy with the results — my dog's fur is the least tangled it's ever been, and she behaved well because Justine was kind and patient.
