We contracted Talula Floors to install laminate flooring on the staircase of our residence. The installation was defective in workmanship and materials application. Within [timeframe], multiple treads failed structurally, creating a fall hazard and an unsafe condition in the home.We promptly notified the company of the defects. Its proposed remedy was limited to replacing the single tread that had fractured. This fails to address the underlying defect, which affects the installation as a whole, as the additional failures show. A partial repair of a systemically deficient installation does not cure the defect, leaves the hazard in place, and is not an adequate remedy.We do not recommend the company, specially where installation defects pose a risk of serious bodily injury.

Talula did a bad installation on my stairs where multiple pieces cracked and broke. I have been trying to get a response from them to fix it and all they say is we will call you back and they never do. They saw the pictures I sent them and no response either. I hope they see this and take responsibility and fix it.
