I was referred to Dr. Poelman by my primary dentist for a root canal. This being the very first time I've gotten this type of procedure, I was very nervous. Dr. Poelman was very kind and professional in her treatment. All of the staff at the office was also very professional. I had to be sedated for my procedure, so naturally I don't remember anything, but even after the procedure, my tooth did not hurt at all. Should I ever be in a position where I have to get another root canal, I would not hesitate to go to Dr. Poelman again!

I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Kamrath after being in significant pain from a tooth for over a week, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She along with her team was phenomenal from start to finish. She carefully walked me through all of my X-rays, and made sure I felt confident about the root canal procedure before starting.The procedure itself went smoothly (about 2-3 hours), and I instantly felt relief after days of discomfort. I’m extremely grateful for her expertise and kindness, and I would 100% recommend Dr. Kamrath to anyone needing endodontic care. And I’ll be here in a heartbeart if I ever had to get another root canal done.

Had to get an emergency root canal due to how much pain I was in. I was recommended by my primary dentist to call this place. I called Rancho Bernardo Endodontics and was immediately fit in on the same day. Everyone was extremely nice and Dr. Dyana Eidelstein took very good care of me. A couple weeks ago I had a sudden pain in tooth #31. I went to my regular dentist who informed me that I would most likely need a root canal. He referred me to the “girls” at RB Endodontics just up the street who were able to see me the very same day. From previous experience, I was grateful because I know how kind, competent, and professional they are up there. Dr. Dyana Eidelstein examined the tooth and discussed options with me. I decided I wanted to save the tooth, and in two visits the root canal was complete.I want to thank everyone involved…from Aishah at the front desk, to Camille, the most kind, friendly, and personable dental assistant…and Dr. Dyana Eidelstein for providing a really excellent pain-free experience and, what I expect will be, a durable repair of the tooth.

If a root canal can be a great experience, then this was a great experience! I needed to get a root canal while traveling and they went above and beyond to work me in and get it taken care of. EVERYONE at this office was so kind and helped everything go smoothly. The doctor explained everything to me and it was just overall a positive experience. And now my tooth feels great! I am forever grateful for the exceptional care and consideration that I received from the entire staff of Rancho Bernardo Endodontics, especially Dr. Corene Poelman. I developed extreme dental pain late afternoon two days prior to Thanksgiving. After seeing my dentist early Wednesday morning, it was determined that I had a severely infected abscess and would need an emergency root canal. My dentist contacted Rancho Bernardo Endodontics to see if they would be willing and able to perform the root canal that day prior to closing for the Thanksgiving holiday. Two hours later, I was in the dental chair receiving care from Dr. Corene Poelman who performed the root canal. Due to the extent of the infection, it was a time-consuming root canal which she and her staff performed thoroughly and completely. I was given clear after care instructions and a prescription was called into my pharmacy to pick up on my way home.Over the holiday weekend, I was still in some pain and developed sinus swelling and a gum abscess. I contacted the office first thing Monday morning and was back in the office that afternoon for additional care. The issue was resolved immediately and within a day or so, I was feeling great.I have been in the office three times thus far for care with one more visit planned in a few months to ensure that the tooth is fully healed and stable prior to receiving a crown. The doctor went above and beyond in her care of my tooth to try to save the tooth versus having to extract it. Every interaction that I have had with office staff, dental technicians and the doctor has been exceptional. They are pleasant, polite and efficient. They put patients at ease, thoroughly explain every step of the procedure, provide clear after care instructions, conduct follow up calls to check on patient status, and provide exceptional care. Lastly, they are all truly professional and delightful women.I highly recommend Rancho Bernardo Endodontics for anyone needing endodontic care.

Well as they say, “no one likes to go to the dentist or endodontist”. However, I must say my experience with Dr. Heidi Kamrath and her talented team of assistants made my experience not only pleasant but dare I say enjoyable…. From the communication on what to expect throughout the procedure there were no surprises and was made feel my comfort was paramount throughout my root canal. 10/10! I highly recommend Dr. Poelman and her team. I was in tears during the consult due to severe sensitivity, I was certain the sedation wouldn't fully cover the sensitivity for my scheduled root canal. Dr. Poelman assured me that the procedure would be pain free and she certainly delivered! It was the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had. I am currently 2 days post root canal, and I feel completely normal! NO pain, NO Sensitivity! Thank you, Dr. Poelman and team, you ladies are the best!

From making an appointment to final root canal procedure, the service was efficient, friendly and professional in every way. Dr. Corene Poelman explained procedure and both dental assistant & herself would often asked how I was feeling during procedure that was much appreciated. If you require root canal, I would definitely consider Dr. Poelman for this procedure.
