From the word go the communication was spot on, he came to measure up one of the rooms and produce a computer design with measurements to the size and spec we wanted, for us to then change our minds 4 days later and he came back and re designed it all in another room. We explained we wanted a certain layout in each section with double rails, shelves, long rails And LED lighting to come on when we opened the door. Another key part of the design which we wanted was full floor to ceiling wardrobes, again this wasn’t a problem. Before we completed and signed off on the designs we had to choose what colour we wanted the wardrobes to be painted, jack offers a substantial list of colours to match anyone’s needs. This is also the same for the ironmongery, the different types of handles were never ending. Jack designed and built the wardrobes in his warehouse, were they are also painted, he then gets them delivered to your door and builds them back up in the room you require. As for the wall panelling we had an issue with a large void in the wall, we wanted these to be made into shelving/display units with LED lights. We wanted to paint this ourselves so jack just completed the wood work side of things. All in all I would highly recommend jack to anyone I know 10/10 from the word go. Less
